add khmer input menu for android 4.4

We can install khmer language and khmer unicode for Samsung mobile with android verson4.4.2 and 5.0 but you need to root your phone first and install root explorer file manager to access your system files in your phone by following these main steps.1. use root explorer to edit file language.xml on system/csc/language.xml then write kh-KM on the language display and save.2. use root e xplorer to copy zip file kh-KM.zip to past on folder:system/sipdb then restart your phone. you will see khmer language and khmer input keyboard on phone languge and input setting.
