1.Turn off your phone Press Vol+ Home +power
2.Wait while loading the factory reset menu.Hightlight Factory reset/wipe date with volume key. pres Home button to Confirm
3. if it require password to hard reset than enter random password for several time until it show up message "if you enter wrong password you will lose your data" ok it done!
